What countries do you ship to?
We ship within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
What do I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?

Package Design: Actual package design may vary from images shown. Should I take my masks with me when I travel?
Yes, it is encouraged to bring masks with you to protect yourself and others while you are travelling.
Are our hand sanitizers up to CDC standard for alcohol content?
Yes, the CDC recommends using 60% alcohol-based hand sanitizers and our gels and spray sanitizers contain at least 70% alcohol
Do our sanitizers contain Methanol?
No. All our hand sanitizers (gel and spray) and wipes are Methanol free.
Are BTL alcohol wipes safe on skin?
All of our products are safe to use on skin.
Do we test our products on animals?
No. All of our products are completely free from animal testing, hence cruelty-free.
