We do our best to guarantee your order is in the carriers hands within 24 business hours of your order. After that, it is in the hands of the carrier. Shipping nationwide has been experiencing delays this year and we appreciate your patience while we try our best to get your fabulous gifts to your loved ones in time for the holidays.
We ship to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international addresses. All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders received by 2 pm CST are processed same day. All orders received after 2 pm CST and on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has shipped.

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please note that due to the nature of our beauty products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.
Once an order has been placed, packaged or shipped, we are unable to edit, exchange or return any items. In the event you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately and we will make every effort to cancel prior to shipment only. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact customer service immediately with the corrected address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly change it for you. Once an order has shipped, however, we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing it.
If you are missing any products from your order or if you received a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not already been issued.
